Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Culture Mocktail. The following is our shipping policy where you can get your answers to questions you have about shipping times and rates. 

UK Shipping Policy  

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered within weekends or holidays. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment for your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates 

We currently offer £3.39 flat rate for shipping in the UK (including England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales).

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Culture Mocktail is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Culture Mocktail is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact Royal Mail. 

International shipping policy

We do not currently offer international shipping.
